Pete Sitcov has been making sandwiches since before streaming Netflix was a thing. He got his start at the iconic Italian Store in Arlington, VA. After some time in professional kitchens he opened Yang Market in the Eckington neighborhood of D.C. bringing dope subs to Northeast.
