Compliments Only is a classic kind of place. We make chef inspired subs using house made ingredients and offer face-to-face interaction with the people making your subs. He then ventured off to be the sous chef at Coconut Club and spend some time with local favorite, & Pizza. Emily spent 15 years working in hospitality and met Pete when she was the General Manager of Coconut Club.

When pandemic hit Pete started making subs again & bringing them to friends to lift their spirits. When their jobs disappeared Emily & Pete opened up Compliments Only on 14th st in a former juice shop inside of a gym.
